Checks for deposit and final payments is preferred and will be accepted up until 2 weeks prior to arrival of your camper. After which time only credit card or cash will be accepted for any unpaid balance or additional charges of any kind.

TUITION FEES*

Includes: Transportation to and from Portland International Airport (PWM), on scheduled arrival and departure days between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM; 24 hour supervision, instruction and guidance of counselors and staff, room and board in a cabin with other campers and counselors, all meals, and snacks, lobster feast, activities, greens fees, tournaments, instruction, most trips, first aid from our nurse, outings, camping, club making, national parks, water parks, carnival days, movies, miniature golf, weekly laundry service, medical first aid provided by our medical staff, special events prizes, awards, an end of the year Video Yearbook, The Golf or Tennis WAYWO (What Are You Working On) INSTRUCTION BOOK

REFUND POLICY: No refunds after April 30th of any kind.  If notice of cancellation is received in writing before Dec 31st, then a refund paid in full, minus $600 cancellation administrative fee, will be issued on or about April 30th. If a notice of cancellation in writing is received before April 30th a full refund will be paid, minus a $1,000 cancellation administrative fee, will be issued on or about April 30th. Please protect your Tuition with Tuition Refund Insurance

Additional REQUIRED Fees: *

1. Uniforms- Campers are required to wear and have 6 MGTA logo-ed shirts, 1 hat and 1 windbreaker; costs vary from $300 - $350 depending on program
2. Canteen Fee: Refundable if not used: For spending cash on trips, treats, souvenirs and incidentals $200 - $500

Additional OPTIONAL Fees:

1. Linens: $125 - Pillow, blankets, sheets and pillow case and towels.
2. Club Rental: $125 - Bag and golf clubs
3. White Water Rafting: $125
4. Transportation: on normal arrival and departure days the fee is included from (PWM Portland, Maine. On normal arrival and departure days a fee of $200 from BOS ( Boston). The above applies if the arrival and departure times are scheduled between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM
5. Advanced Golf: LIMITED Spaces: $695 full session $395 half session. Campers play 9 and 18 holes on more challenging and premium courses, more often, with more challenging and high tech training. Limited and for the elite players with a USGA handicap of 16 for seniors (13 - 17) and a USGA handicap of 24 for juniors(10-12) click here for details.
6. Advanced Tennis: LIMITED Spaces: $400 per week additional. Hi Tech and Hi Octane training for the elite player who is looking to be #1 in their game. Always national level coaches who demand and give the best. click here for details.
7. ESL Classes - Included - (English as a Second Language) Taught by Professional ESL Teachers During Rest Hour. Must Sign up by May 1st 

8. Tournament Travel Program for Elite Golf or Elite Tennis - Limited Space -$300 per      week or  trip, is additional to Advanced Golf or Tennis Fee.
