Dear Instructors, Counselors,
Administrative, Support, and Professional Staff Applicants,
Thank you for taking time to fill out this form. Each year the different
positions and roles of responsibility arre varied and many. They include:
Various Director and Assistant Director Postions, Office and Administrative,
General Counselor of course; and more specifically, certified and credentialed
golf and tennis instructors, golf and tennis professional instructors, coaches,
waterski boat drivers and instructors, trips leaders, ropes course leaders,
video and photography, secretary, nurse, maintenance, grounds keeping, sailing
instructors, theater and evening games leaders, WSI Waterfront Director and
Assistant Director, Athletic Director, Head Counselor, Laundry and Cleaning
staff, Camp Mom, Pro Shop Keeper, Chef, Cooks, and kitchen help and many
more.
While some of you have crafted a resume
to tell us about your work experience, it has, in most
cases, not included or overlooked some vital information
that you might have previously thought unimportant
or inconsequential. In addition, it includes a Personality
Quiz, which everyone at camp takes and helps us all
design the most satisfying experience for you, and
everyone else too. We will teach you all about it if
and when you come on board.
It also asks you tell us why you would
like to work for us in particular, after you have read
about us on the is web site.
Therefore, filling out this additional
form for us, is much appreciated, and hopefully doing
so will give you a flavor of what the world of camping,
and in particular, our camp is all about. For those
of you who are no longer living at home with your parents,
it is not necessary to fill out those sections or others
that pertain to those still in school.
We all look forward to learning all
about you and all those important, big and little skills
and experiences you have accumulated over the years.
They are all important here!
